It's So Nice to be Acknowledged and remembered

When I was a young'un I was so timid that I couldn't even stand up
on "show and tell" days in elementary school and above.
My family was somewhat poor.
Not really poor but there were so many of us that my parents
had to spread it pretty thin to make it go around.
Yes, guess I felt pretty deprived back then.
I Didn't feel like I could do much of anything with having such a
dominating father ruling the household. It was hard to stand up and be heard.
I forgave my father many years ago.
It was a decision I had to go with in order to plot my own destiny.
Well I don't know about that. Destiny that is.
But I do love show and tell and am so happy
that I have something to show and tell now. LOL
